Planes Over Taipei

I finally got around to going to Xinsheng Park and to a narrow lane that runs right next to the domestic airport in Taipei. The weather wasn't the best, so the pictures are probably not as nice as they would have been with they sky as it was on Sunday (when I went to do this without a battery in my camera).

The cool thing about having an airport right in the middle of the city is that there are a number of different places where you can view their approaches. A lot of times, because of the angle of the plane coming down and the buildings and trees on the ground, you have moments where you wonder if the plane is going to make it all the way in.
